Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, websites, driver platforms, wallets, escrow systems, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Truss Tech Limited (“Truss”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada, with its principal place of business in Toronto, Ontario.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Driver-Specific Terms

Drivers using the Services must:

• Successfully complete identity and background verification
• Hold valid driver licenses, insurance, and vehicle documentation
• Maintain vehicles in safe and roadworthy condition
• Comply with applicable laws, safety standards, and platform policies

Truss reserves the right to suspend or terminate driver accounts for non-compliance, safety concerns, or regulatory requirements.

4. Wallets, Escrow & Payouts

Truss may offer digital wallets, escrow services, and payout mechanisms to facilitate transactions. Funds may be temporarily held in escrow and released upon service completion, dispute resolution, or as required by law. Truss is not a bank, payment institution, or money transmission service unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Payments and Fees

Fees applicable to Services are disclosed prior to confirmation. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

6. Acceptable Use

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in fraud, abuse, or deceptive conduct
• Not interfere with platform security or operations
• Not misuse data or violate the rights of others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property used in the Services are owned by or licensed to Truss Tech Limited and are protected by applicable laws.

8. Service Availability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Truss does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truss Tech Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truss Tech Limited from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Truss may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, safety concerns, or legal compliance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before initiating legal proceedings. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

14. Changes to These Terms

Truss may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
